I would like to rephrase the old phrase “Behind every successful person there is a strong woman,” to " Behind every successful step there is a Teacher.” Teacher can be a mother, father, grandparents, guardian or sometimes an unknown person as well. Yet “the Teachers are unsung heroes.” Everyday we learn something through many distinctive ways. At the end of the day we get to emphasise the point that ‘I learned a new thing.’ Only a countable percentage of students express their gratitude to the Teachers for making them successful. For students, teachers are annoying. For parents, teachers never give good grades to their students. For management, schools’ and school districts’ ranking is important. For all the above mentioned criterias, the hard work of teachers is the baseline. Pragmatically and emotionally teachers want the ultimate progress of their students. That enthusiasm of the teacher can be an enormous encouraging gesture for the students to learn. The day the student is successful, the efforts, hard work of the student matters but not the one who guided the way to be industrious and hence “Teachers are unsung heroes”
Philanthropic view Teachers are . Wisdom and knowledge through the teachers will stick to students' brains forever because of their inbuilt philanthropic quality. From ancient times , teachers are the elucidating instruments to transfer the knowledge to the pupils or next generation. And that’s the most eminent reason to call The Teacher a scholar, philosopher or Guru. They are the pathfinders, as they show students the way to walk through life. Teachers will always be there for the students with immense patience. The Teacher is the only person who is pristine in sharing knowledge to make students successful. The generosity of Teachers makes them outstanding. Being a Teacher can never be an accident. It’s a destined benevolent choice we make passionately. Still even in the 20th century we are learning the Ancient skills and getting acquainted with the treasurable wisdom, how is it possible? There are books where the philosophers have documented to enlighten the world with constant glow of knowledge. The teacher is the channel to deliver the book's knowledge practically into the world, but never expects an eye for an eye hence the “Teacher is an unsung Hero.”
Entertainment view: We teachers teach the same lessons or topics over and over again and train students efficiently. Then comes the spring break, winter break, summer break, the student would happily forget the things learned in their break time. After the break when school reopens, what is the plight of the teacher! except to teach from the beginning. And that effort Teacher makes would never be said aloud and that’s the reason “the Teacher is an unsung hero.”
My view about how teachers can be emotionally supportive to people on humanitarian concerns:The teacher is kind and helpful. It's not the profession which makes teachers help but humanity. Compassion will be the quintessence of the teacher's urge to help. It depends on the emotional equilibrium of a human to make spontaneous decisions. No compulsions would influence teachers to make the choices. It's the teacher's own preference to provide shelter for the needy or enlighten the students to stand up for themselves in the society or any other help offered at the need of an hour. A person's life would give myriad opportunities to get a way to overcome difficulties. The decision they make is one of the opportunities Lord might have proposed to offer help. It’s again a perspective look of an individual.
